Operation Swift Fox 18 is the recurring spring offensive between Ardea and the Republic of Kitoy over the decades-long fight for control of the Central Grafsten Highlands. You will be deployed as part of a unit of light infantry to find, fix and destroy (or displace) enemy forces in your area of operations.

This event will run continuously for 51 hours. We do not stop for night or poor weather. Make sure you are prepared for that.

The Details

The event takes place from Friday 27 April to Sunday 29 April, 2018
Registration is from 0700 - 0800 on Friday. You must be there by 8 am to assure all paperwork and equipment checks are completed in time.
Start time is 0900. You will walk off or get on trucks and deploy right at 9.
Can't get off work or school on Friday? It's okay, we offer two options for you to enter later as reinforcements as well. Reinforcements will enter the field, by reinforcement groups only, at 1400 on Friday and 0800 on Saturday
You may only enter the field as reinforcement groups. If late for the start, you must wait for the reinforcement time and may be re-squadded. No one may enter or play alone
Combat activities end at 1200 on Sunday followed by:
- Policing gear and cleaning bivouac sites
- A brief AAR for each side
- Transport back to the assembly area
- Equipment turn-in and dismissal of participants
- Swap meet, for those who want to participate
The location is D-Day Adventure Park in Wyandotte, OK. Directions. Scheduled flights go into Kansas City or (daily) to Joplin, MO. You will be given driving directions and a map a few weeks before the event.

Payment, Terms

The total event fee is $125.
All payments must be received by noon on 25 April 2018.
All payments are final and not-refundable.
This event is limited to 50 participants per side. After that, registration will be closed and no more are permitted. If there are dropouts with sufficient notice, we may open a few slots for late registration to fill the TOO.
Payments are transferable to other attendees up to 30 days before the event, but may not be applied to other CWG events.
